Calling them "chosen" does not denote preference; after all, who could bestow favor when the soul has recognized its own divinity? By this stage, the soul possesses a clear, multidimensional understanding that this suffering is not isolated to a single lifetime—it has repeated across eras and will continue indefinitely unless resolved permanently. • The Beginning of Stillness: For a mind heavily weighed down by 3D trauma, meditation can initially seem impossible due to a torrent of racing thoughts. Beginning by meditating on sacred music or specific archetypal mantras/chants serves as an initial "painkiller."

• The Purification Process: Silence through Meditation is a medium to begin the vital process of slowing down the mind. This initiates the purification required to eventually elevate entirely beyond the limitations of the physical body, the erratic mind, and the logical intellect.

• The Treasure Hunt: No spiritual guide or guru simply hands over enlightenment on a silver platter. The journey is non-linear and operates like a cosmic treasure hunt. The soul is pushed from one peak to another, continually shedding layers of its old identity until it is ready to be reborn from its own ashes like a phoenix.

• Taste of Bliss through Enlightenment: Enlightenment reveals itself as an overwhelming wave—an "ocean of divine bliss" where pain and sorrow cannot exist. It marks a transition from duality to non-dual awareness, dissolving rigid preferences where nothing is judged as good or bad, hot or cold—a profound stage where likes and dislikes simply dissolve.

• Post-Enlightenment Bliss and the Path to the Absolute: True enlightenment must be stabilized through persistent contemplation—a continuous process of discerning the Self from the non-Self. During the early spiritual awakening phase, the cycles of union, separation, or a runner-chaser dynamic will continuously repeat until the focus shifts entirely toward self-realization. Eventually, brief reunions or meaningful conversations occur, bringing a crystal-clear realization that the connection is entirely divine. This understanding softens the ego's approach to the connection, introducing the ultimate spiritual alignment: Forgiveness.
